Estes termos valem para o plugin Components para Adobe Illustrator, para a conta usada para entrar nele e para este site. Ao pedir o teste grátis, comprar ou usar o plugin, você concorda com eles. Leia também a Política de Privacidade.

1. O que você recebe

O Components é um painel para o Adobe Illustrator que cria componentes (mestre e instâncias) de textos, grupos e imagens e facilita a exportação. Para usar, é preciso entrar com e-mail e senha. Depois do login, o plugin funciona offline por até 7 dias e renova o acesso sozinho quando há internet.

Requisitos: Adobe Illustrator 2026 (versão 30) no Windows ou no Mac, com licença própria do Illustrator. O Illustrator não está incluso.

2. Licença de uso

O programa não é vendido; você recebe uma licença de uso. Ela é pessoal, não exclusiva e intransferível, e permite:

Licença vitalícia: usar o plugin em até 2 computadores ao mesmo tempo, sem prazo de vencimento, com as atualizações da versão 1 sem custo. Versões principais futuras (2, 3…) podem ser vendidas à parte.
Teste grátis: usar todas as funções por 7 dias contados do pedido, em 1 computador. Um teste por pessoa e por e-mail.

Você pode usar o plugin em trabalhos pessoais e comerciais. Os arquivos e as artes que você cria são seus; o Components não tem nenhum direito sobre eles.

“Vitalícia” significa pelo tempo em que o produto existir. Se um dia ele for descontinuado, avisaremos com pelo menos 30 dias de antecedência pelo e-mail da conta.

3. O que não é permitido

Para proteger o trabalho de quem fez o plugin, você não pode:

compartilhar sua conta ou senha, nem deixar outras pessoas entrarem com ela;
copiar, distribuir, vender, alugar, emprestar ou sublicenciar o plugin, no todo ou em parte;
descompilar, desofuscar, fazer engenharia reversa ou tentar obter o código-fonte, salvo nos casos expressamente permitidos pela lei;
burlar, desativar ou alterar o login, o limite de computadores ou qualquer proteção da licença;
modificar o plugin, criar obras derivadas dele ou usá-lo para fazer um produto concorrente;
remover avisos de autoria ou de direitos.

Se algum desses itens for descumprido, a conta pode ser bloqueada, sem reembolso, além das medidas previstas em lei (Lei 9.609/98, Lei do Software, e Lei 9.610/98, de direitos autorais).

4. Sua conta

Você é responsável por manter sua senha em segredo e pelo que for feito com a sua conta. Use um e-mail que seja seu e que você acesse: é por ele que chegam a senha e os avisos. Os computadores ligados à conta podem ser trocados pedindo pelo e-mail de contato.

5. Compra e pagamento

O preço é o mostrado no site no momento da compra, em pagamento único, sem assinatura. O pagamento é processado pela Stripe; nós não vemos nem guardamos os dados do seu cartão. Depois da confirmação, a licença é liberada na conta do e-mail usado na compra. Se você já estava no teste com o mesmo e-mail, a mesma conta vira vitalícia. Se for uma conta nova, a senha chega por e-mail.

6. Arrependimento e reembolso

Você pode desistir da compra em até 7 dias corridos depois do pagamento, sem precisar dar motivo (art. 49 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor). Basta mandar um e-mail para bonfanteplugin@gmail.com usando o e-mail da compra, ou informando-o. O valor é devolvido por inteiro, no mesmo meio de pagamento; o prazo para aparecer depende do banco ou do cartão.

Com o reembolso, a licença é encerrada e os computadores são desconectados. Como há 7 dias de teste grátis antes da compra, não há reembolso depois desse prazo, salvo defeito do produto que não seja corrigido, conforme a lei.

7. Funcionamento e garantia

O plugin é entregue como está. Fazemos o possível para que ele funcione bem e corrigimos os problemas relatados, mas não garantimos que ele estará livre de erros ou que continuará compatível com todas as versões futuras do Illustrator, que são da Adobe e mudam sem aviso.

O Components altera objetos dos seus documentos quando você manda sincronizar. Mantenha cópias de segurança dos seus arquivos. Na medida permitida pela lei, não respondemos por perdas indiretas, como arquivos perdidos, lucro cessante ou prazos perdidos, e a responsabilidade total fica limitada ao valor pago pela licença. Nada aqui tira direitos que o Código de Defesa do Consumidor garante a você.

8. Marcas

Adobe e Illustrator são marcas registradas da Adobe Inc. O Components é um produto independente e não é afiliado, patrocinado nem aprovado pela Adobe.

9. Mudanças nestes termos

Estes termos podem ser atualizados, por exemplo, quando houver novas funções. A data no topo mostra a versão atual. Mudanças importantes serão avisadas por e-mail. Elas não tiram direitos de quem já comprou.

10. Lei e foro

Valem as leis do Brasil. Fica eleito o foro da comarca de Cascavel, Paraná, sem prejuízo do direito do consumidor de usar o foro do seu domicílio. Antes de qualquer coisa, fale com a gente: a maioria dos problemas se resolve por e-mail.

1. What you get

Components is a panel for Adobe Illustrator that creates components (master and instances) from texts, groups and images, and makes exporting easier. You need to sign in with an email and password to use it. After signing in, the plugin works offline for up to 7 days and renews access on its own when you are online.

Requirements: Adobe Illustrator 2026 (version 30) on Windows or Mac, with your own Illustrator license. Illustrator is not included.

2. License

The software is not sold; you receive a license to use it. It is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and allows:

Lifetime license: using the plugin on up to 2 computers at a time, with no expiration date and free version 1 updates. Future major versions (2, 3…) may be sold separately.
Free trial: using every feature for 7 days from the request, on 1 computer. One trial per person and per email.

You may use the plugin for personal and commercial work. The files and artwork you create are yours; Components has no rights over them.

“Lifetime” means for as long as the product exists. If it is ever discontinued, we will give at least 30 days’ notice to your account email.

3. What is not allowed

To protect the work behind the plugin, you may not:

share your account or password, or let other people sign in with it;
copy, distribute, sell, rent, lend or sublicense the plugin, in whole or in part;
decompile, deobfuscate, reverse engineer or try to obtain the source code, except where expressly allowed by law;
bypass, disable or alter the sign-in, the computer limit or any license protection;
modify the plugin, create derivative works from it or use it to build a competing product;
remove authorship or rights notices.

If any of these is broken, the account may be blocked with no refund, in addition to the remedies provided by law (Brazilian Software Law 9.609/98 and Copyright Law 9.610/98).

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what is done with your account. Use an email that is yours and that you can access: your password and notices are sent there. The computers linked to the account can be changed by asking at the contact email.

5. Purchase and payment

The price is the one shown on the website at the time of purchase, as a single payment with no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Once the payment is confirmed, the license is activated on the account for the email used at checkout. If you were already on the trial with the same email, that account becomes lifetime. If it is a new account, the password is sent by email.

6. Refunds

You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of payment, with no reason needed. Just email bonfanteplugin@gmail.com from the purchase email, or tell us which email you used. You get a full refund to the same payment method; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card.

When refunded, the license ends and the computers are signed out. Since there is a 7-day free trial before buying, there are no refunds after that period, except for a product defect that is not fixed, as provided by law.

7. Operation and warranty

The plugin is provided as is. We do our best to make it work well and fix reported problems, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that it will stay compatible with every future version of Illustrator, which belongs to Adobe and changes without notice.

Components changes objects in your documents when you tell it to sync. Keep backups of your files. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost files, lost profits or missed deadlines, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

8. Trademarks

Adobe and Illustrator are registered trademarks of Adobe Inc. Components is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Adobe.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated, for example when new features are added. The date at the top shows the current version. Important changes will be announced by email. They do not take away rights from people who have already bought.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer’s right to use the courts where they live. Before anything else, talk to us: most problems are solved by email. If there is any difference between versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
